Motch CNC & PLC Retrofit
Bourn & Koch offers CNC & PLC retrofits for many makes of Motch VTLs. We can add CNC or PLC capabilities to your older, manual Motch and also retrofit your Motch to newer, modern, CNC or PLC controls. CNC & PLC retrofits for Motch can be performed at our Rockford, Illinois plant or in certain cases, on-site at your facility or shop by our field service technicians.
Motch Spindle Rebuild
As vertical turret lathes age, their spindles and gearboxes will begin to wear. The bearings, bushings and gears and the spindle wear out, causing run-out and inaccuracy. While the spindle unit is here, it is fully inspected, cleaned up, reassembled, tested and painted. Whether the repair is small or large, Bourn and Koch is there to help with your Motch.
