Spindle Bearing Reconditioning
We can fully evaluate, repair and recondition the spindle bearing on your Springfield grinder. ID/OD grinding is a precision machine tool process, requiring a minimum of run-out in your machine tool’s spindle. As the bearing components wear, run-out is increased, reducing your ability to hold tight tolerances. We provide a full evaluation report on your bearing prior to repair or reconditioning to ensure you know whether or not to replace the bearing or repair it.
