Using this technology to remanufacture them, retrofitting with CNC Gear Shapers. The Fellows Gear Shaper is renowned for its accuracy in shaping gears. While our new gear shapers are every bit as mechanically accurate as the original and feature new technologies and features, a remanufactured gear shaper provides these same accuracies at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
We focus on the Fellows 10-4, 36-6, and 50-8 gear shapers for remanufacture. These machines are ideal for retrofitting over to servomotors and ball screws. Numerous other models can be remanufactured as well. Many features of our new Fellows gear shapers can be incorporated to during the remanufacture process.
Each machine can produce AGMA Class 10 gears at a minumum. Cutting gears to that level of excellence starts with the precise remanufacture and assembly of our machines.
